Yield: Makes 6 servings
3 | lbs. | frying chicken | |

1/2 | cup | evaporated milk | |
|
|||
1 | cup | Kellogg's Corn Flake crumbs | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/8 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|||
3 | tablespoons | melted butter or margarine, if desired | |
|
Wash chicken and pat dry. Dip chicken in evaporated milk. Coat evenly in mixture of crumbs, salt and pepper. Place in single layer, skin side up, in well-greased or foil-lined shallow baking pan. Drizzle with butter if desired.
Bake in 350 F. oven about 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Do not cover pan or turn chicken while baking.
