1/2 | cup | brown sugar, packed | |

1 | cup | Wheaties cereal | |

1/2 | cup | milk | |
|

1 | teaspoon | vanilla | |
|

1 1/4 | cups | flour | |
|
|||
1 1/2 | teaspoons | baking powder | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in cereal. Combine milk and vanilla together and set aside.
In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk mixture, beating just until moistened. Fill paper lined muffin cups two thirds full.
Bake at 400 degrees for 13-15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack.
